ADD MORE HUMOR TO YOUR LIFE Part 2.

   Laughing is an involuntry reaction to certain external and internal stimuli.
Humor is a good way to relax in spite of life’s challenges. Take time to focus on good things.
There are a lot of challenges to be concerned about in the world. You may spend a lot of time
thinking about those challenges. They can cause you to feel discouraged and unhappy.
Laughter is a good way to take a break from the pressures of your life and enjoy yourself.
It  can give you a break from your sadness. You cannot feel angry and anxious when you are busy laughing. It is a good way for you to relieve some stress in your life. Laughing can stop you
from taking life too serious and feeling overwhelmed. It can help you let go of frustration and
anger. Humor can help you to forget about judging and criticizing yourself and others. It is a
good way to unite people during difficult times.
There are many advantages of laughing.
Laughter is good for your health by relieving tension
and helping your body to relax. It causes the body to release endorphins that can give a feeling
of peace and also relieve pain. It lowers stress hormones and increases infection-fighting
antibodies that fight disease. Laughing improves the function of your blood flow which can help
protect against heart problems. Laughing can lower your stress, give you joy and energy.
  Take time out daily to enjoying laughing. There are many ways to enjoy laughing: You can read
comics, spend time around funny people, plan fun events with others, or go to a comedy club.
Share jokes and funny stories with friends and coworkers and watch comedy movies or
television shows.
Laughter can be contagious. When one person starts laughing it can make others laugh. This
can change the environment from a tense one to a more relaxing environment. Include others in
sharing funny situations. This can help strengthen your bond with others. Others are attracted
to those that laugh a lot which is a good social benefit. It can encourage team work which can
be beneficial on your job.
Think of your situations and try to find humor even in challenging times to relieve stress.
Having a good sense of humor can improve your daily mood and help encourage good health.
Don’t be so hard on yourself and give yourself a break from your circumstances. It is important
to focus your mind on good things. (Philippians 4:8). Take a break from life’s challenges and
have fun laughing.
  JOKE: One day this guy hears his doorbell ring and he goes to answer the door. He doesn't see
anybody there, but looking down he sees a snail creeping along the welcome mat. He picks it
up and tosses it far across the lawn. Two years pass. The doorbell rings. The guy goes to
open the door. The snail looks up from the doormat and says, "What was that all about?"
Prov. 17 vs 22: A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
Job 8 vs 21: He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouting.
Philippines 4 vs 4: Rejoice in the Lord always, again i say rejoice.
Do you know that joy is also the fruit of the Holy Spirit?
When you receive Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior, you make friends with the Spirit of God
and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of everlasting joy. For you to have joy that money cannot buy, get connected to the Spirit of God. The joy of the Lord is your strength.

PRAYER: I AM FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST, THEREFORE I POSSESS JOY UNSPEAKABLE FULL OF GLORY!
